Zoom Events offers regularly scheduled, customized group departures to many destinations around the globe. Group departures have a dedicated Zoom Concierge to see to the needs of all travelers, and are customized with the Zoom Traveler(TM) in mind.
INDEPENDENT TRAVEL
Zoom Events designs custom trips for people all the time to many destinations. Here's how it works: We talk on the phone about your specific needs, interests, budget, hotel preferences etc., and we will of course give you our professional opinion, specific to the destination. We then create a trip, staying within these guidelines. We charge a plan-to-go fee of $200, which is applied towards the balance of the trip, so you really have nothing to lose . This fee safeguards us from spending hours and hours planning the perfect trip for someone, only to have them come back and say that they just realized they can't go because of an unrelated reason. Zoom travel professionals put their heart and sould into the trips we design, making sure that they fit the needs and desires of our travelers as closely as possible.
